For the Online Pre-enlistment of Subject, please login at the CRS website at https://crs.upd.edu.ph starting June 1, 2016 using your student number and 5-digit PIN.

- ONLINE DORMITORY APPLICATION FOR FIRST SEMESTER AY 2016-2017
Please be informed that the online dormitory application for First Semester AY 2016-2017 opened today (12 April 2016, 8:00am) until 16 May 2016, 5:00pm.
UP Diliman freshmen may log-in using their student number and 5-digit PIN to fill-out the online application form at
The dormitory application team will accept the required documents for residence hall application
for the First Semester AY 2016-2017 beginning Monday, 25 April 2016, 12:00nn at the Acacia Residence Hall.

Enter your Student Number and your 5-digit PIN mailed to you by the Office of the University Registrar of the UP campus where you have been admitted.
